Meet Dr. Dyer
Orthodontist
Dr. Dyer grew up in what was once a rural Southlake, Texas. He attended Baylor University where he met his wife, Kate Dyer.
Dr. Dyer joined the U.S. Navy as a commissioned officer after graduating from the University of Texas Health Science Center San Antonio (UTHSCSA) Dental School. He served as a general dentist to the U.S. Marines for three years before doing his orthodontic residency program at the University of Texas School of Dentistry at Houston. Upon graduation from orthodontic residency, Dr. Dyer continued his military career as an orthodontist serving Sailors, Marines, and their families in Okinawa, Japan and then Portsmouth, Virginia. Dr. Dyer finished his career with the U.S. Navy in 2017 and moved to Argyle, Texas where he bought his current orthodontic practice, Argyle Orthodontics.
Dr. Dyer is a board-certified orthodontist with the American Board of Orthodontics, and has much experience in the treatment of complex surgical orthodontic cases for adults, as well as early interceptive orthodontic therapy, and traditional comprehensive orthodontic treatment of children and teenagers.
Dr. Dyer and his wife, Kate have two children Joshua and Sophia, and their dog named Champ.
